Mediation is a consensual and flexible method of conflict resolution, conducted privately and confidentially, in which a mediator acts impartially, independently and neutrally to help the parties reach an agreement.
O dispute board It is an extrajudicial method for resolving disputes widely used in public and private contracts, such as construction and infrastructure contracts, public-private partnerships and concessions.
