Inspired by traditional international alumni programs, the project aims to consolidate a network of professionals interested in appropriate conflict resolution methods.

The proposal is to strengthen ties between those who are starting their careers, or young professionals who already work in the area, promoting the sharing of knowledge and the construction of enriching professional relationships. With this, we seek to contribute to the academic and professional development of members, offering an environment focused on the exchange of experiences and training.

With initiatives such as debates, events and qualification projects, CAMARB Alumni seeks to disseminate good practices in appropriate methods of conflict resolution and support the strengthening of the area in Brazil.
