Arbitration Request Protocol
I – Physical Protocol
Physical protocols are suspended by determination of Administrative Resolutions # 08 / 20, 09/20 e 10/20.
II – Electronic Protocol
The Request for Arbitration must be sent to the electronic addresses secretariageral@camarb.com.br e camarb@camarb.com.br. The CAMARB Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of the documents as soon as possible.
In the event that the server e-mail does not contain a large number of files, it is recommended to send a link transfer for access to documentation by the CAMARB Secretariat. If necessary, the Secretariat itself may provide the aforementioned link, the interested party simply needs to contact us via the electronic addresses secretariageral@camarb.com.br e camarb@camarb.com.br.
III – Registration Fee
As a requirement for receiving the Request for Arbitration, proof of payment of the Registration Fee in the amount of R$5.000,00 (five thousand reais) must be presented, as provided in item 3.2[1] of the CAMARB Arbitration Rules 2019.
Data for bank transfer of the Registration Fee, in the amount of R$ 5.000,00 (five thousand reais), can be requested by email general secretary@
To pay the Registration Fee by bank slip, the interested party must contact CAMARB, through the electronic addresses general secretary@

[1] When requesting the institution of the arbitration procedure, the claimant must make a non-refundable deposit of the Registration Fee to cover the initial expenses until the execution of the Arbitration Term.
