Administrative Resolution No. 13/20

AMENDMENT TO THE 2020 CALENDAR

The President of CAMARB – Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber – Brazil, vested on his duties set forth in the Bylaws, and:

WHEREAS the enactment of Municipal Decree No. 59,450 of May 18, 2020, bringing forward the holidays of Corpus Christi and the Black Consciousness Day to May 20 and 21, 2020 and declaring an optional working day on May 22, 2020 in the city of São Paulo, SP;

WHEREAS, on May 22, 2020, the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo passed Bill 351/2020, which brought forward the state holiday for the 1932 Constitutionalist Revolution Day to May 25, 2020;

WHEREAS the inauguration of the CAMARB office in the city of Salvador, in the state of Bahia, in March 2020.

Resolves:

To amend Administrative Resolution No. 05/19, which provides for the 2020 calendar, so that it becomes effective with the following content:

The provisions of Administrative Resolutions Nos. 05/19, 08/20, 09/20 and 10/20 are maintained.
