Excellence in the administration of extrajudicial procedures for preventing and resolving business conflicts

Goiás moves billions in contracts and expands space for arbitration and mediation.

The news portals Revista do Administrador, Jataí News, and Abrindo a Porteira published a report highlighting the economic growth of Goiás, driven by agribusiness, industry, infrastructure, and logistics—a scenario that expands business opportunities but also reinforces the need for legal certainty, predictability, and agility in resolving business disputes.

In this context, arbitration and mediation cease to be merely alternative legal instruments and become integral to governance, risk management, and the sustainability of the State's economic development. With high-value and highly complex contracts, these methods gain prominence by offering faster, more technical, and more efficient solutions than the traditional judicial system.

According to Carla Sahium, vice-president of CAMARB Goiás, "in a state marked by competitiveness and the speed of business, appropriate methods of conflict resolution preserve contracts, reduce uncertainties, and maintain active commercial relationships, even in the face of disagreements," keeping pace with the accelerated growth of Goiás.
