Committees
CAMARB – Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration – Brazil maintains several Committees with the purpose of developing debate and scientific production on appropriate methods of dispute resolution in a given sector of the economy or location.
The CAMARB Committees also aim to get closer to the players of the market that act directly in the choice of conflict resolution centers.
In this sense, the Brasília Committee, the Goiânia Committee, the Recife Committee and the Salvador Committee were established as Executive Committees. As Thematic Committees, the Energy Committee, the ESG Committee (Environmental, Social and Governance), the Infrastructure Committee, the M&A and Corporate Restructuring Committee, the Agribusiness Committee and the Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy Committee, which promote debates and various initiatives such as, for example, annual meetings, whether in person or virtual, and the publication of a guide to good practices in the sector under discussion.
