Excellence in the administration of extrajudicial procedures for preventing and resolving business conflicts

ESG Committee

In line with best practices in environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion and corporate governance, CAMARB established the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Committee, whose objective is to expand and encourage debate on best ESG practices in the market to be applied in the extrajudicial resolution of disputes.

The ESG Committee's activities are developed through 3 (three) strategic centers: Environmental Practices, Social Practices and Governance Practices. Given the specificity and importance of certain topics that involve the best ESG actions, the diversity, equity & inclusion working group was established within the scope of the social practices center; and the compliance and confidentiality, in the domain of core governance practices.
