The social practices group, coordinated by Dr. Fernanda Levy, aims to foster debate on how dispute resolution institutions can promote initiatives that benefit the community. In this sense, the diversity, equity & inclusion (“DE&I”) working group was created to monitor diversity, equity & inclusion statistics within CAMARB and in the Brazilian dispute resolution market, as well as to analyze how more diverse and accessible environments can positively impact the extrajudicial resolution of disputes.
