Court Reorganization and Bankruptcy Committee
With the purpose of developing the study and discussions on the mediation and arbitration practices used in disputes involving court reorganization and bankruptcy of companies, CAMARB developed its Thematic Committee on Court Reorganization and Bankruptcy.
The Committee’s activities are of a technical and academic nature, such as the holding of courses, events, publications, and proposals.
CAMARB counts on Mrs. Camila Oliveira and Mr. Lucas Cavalcanti as coordinators of the project.
