I – Electronic Protocol

The request for the establishment of the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Committee must be sent to the electronic addresses secretariageral@camarb.com.br e camarb@camarb.com.br. The CAMARB Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of the documents as soon as possible.

If the email server cannot handle a large number of files, it is recommended that the CAMARB Secretariat send a download link so that the documentation can be accessed. If necessary, the Secretariat itself can provide the link; the interested party simply needs to contact them via the email addresses secretariageral@camarb.com.br e camarb@camarb.com.br.

II – Registration Fee

As a requirement for receiving the request for the establishment of the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Committee, proof of payment of the full Registration Fee must be presented, in accordance with item 17.1[1] of the Rules of the CAMARB Dispute Prevention and Resolution Committee 2024, in the amount of R$4.000,00 (four thousand reais), as per Schedule of Costs, Expenses and Remuneration of Committee Members 2024.

Data for bank transfer of the Registration Fee can be requested by email secretariageral@camarb.com.br e camarb@camarb.com.br.

To pay the Registration Fee by bank slip, the interested party must contact CAMARB, through the electronic addresses secretariageral@camarb.com.br e camarb@camarb.com.br, providing the following data: (i) company name or full name of the party; (ii) CNPJ or CPF; and (iii) address with zip code.
