From this perspective, the mediators will guide the parties so that they understand their interests and positions, reestablish communication and reach a consensus. The mediators, with the full support of the CAMARB Secretariat, will ensure that the procedure is carried out confidentially and in compliance with the other principles that guide mediation, such as good faith, equality between the parties, the search for consensus, orality, the autonomy of the parties' will, informality and informed decision-making.
CAMARB provides all the necessary support for the mediation procedure to evolve appropriately. Institutional mediation at CAMARB will be administered by a Secretariat specialized in conducting mediation procedures in the most diverse market sectors, such as agribusiness, highly complex administrative contracts, business contracts, corporate disputes, mining law, energy, infrastructure and judicial recovery.
CAMARB's list of mediators, of a suggestive nature, includes qualified professionals with an impeccable reputation, to assist the parties in choosing those responsible for conducting the mediation.
The CAMARB Secretariat remains available to clarify doubts and assist throughout the mediation procedure.
