Graduated from PUC-SP, he has worked in the infrastructure area for over 10 years, working for boutique firms and large law firms. He is a lawyer at Lobo de Rizzo Advogados. He has developed project modeling in the highway, metro-rail, railway, port, health, basic sanitation and other sectors. He advises clients in regulated sectors in all stages of development, bidding, contracting, financing and execution of infrastructure projects.
