He holds a degree in Law (1995) and Economics (1986) from UNIMONTES – State University of Montes Claros, completed a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Specialization Level Executive MBA in Financial Business at PUC – Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2006), Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Micro and Small Business Management at the Federal University of Lavras-UFLA (2002), Extension Course Development of Management Skills at FGV-Fundação Getúlio Vargas (200(), Finance Program for Management and Business Development at FUNDAÇÃO DOM CABRAL (2002), Course Management Practices for Sustainable Results at INEPAD-Institute of Teaching and Research in Administration (2012). He worked at BANCO DO BRASIL S/A, from 05/1987 to 12/2016, where he held, among others, the position of State Manager of Sustainable Regional Development in Espírito Santo and retired as General Branch Manager. At Banco do Brasil, she also worked as a Corporate Educator for over ten years (activity ended due to retirement), in courses and workshops for the areas of Business in the Individual and Legal Entity Markets, Management and Local Production Arrangements. She is currently a Judicial Mediator trained by the TJMG-Court of Justice of Minas Gerais and by the OAB (MG), working voluntarily in the District of Santa Rita do Sapucaí-MG. She is a Mediator and Mediation Attorney certified by the ICFML Institute for Certification and Training of Lusophone Mediators. She is a member of the Mediation and Systemic Law Committees of the OAB Sub-Section Poços de Caldas (MG). Master's student in Socioeconomic and Environmental Sustainability at UFOP Federal University of Ouro Preto (expected to finish in August/2023)
