Flávio is active, extrajudicially, in Negotiation, Mediation, Dispute Board, Technical Assistance, Expertise and claims. Has training in dispute boards at CAM-CCBC/DRBF; Master in Logistics Systems Engineering, Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (EPUSP), São Paulo, Brazil; Postgraduate in Business Administration and Marketing – CEAG – Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo, Brazil; and, Graduated as a Mechanical Engineer, Mackenzie University, São Paulo, Brazil.

He has extensive experience in developing and implementing large-scale, complex and multidisciplinary projects, both nationally and internationally, and in various sectors, such as: Infrastructure, Energy, Cement, Mining, Steel, Ports, among others.

His more than 25 years of experience were acquired in operating, consulting engineering, environmental consulting, construction and equipment manufacturing companies, where he held management and leadership positions for engineering, implementation and construction activities, and costs.

Has extensive experience in the selection, development and application of methodologies – technical and commercial – for the implementation of equipment, systems and integrated projects in the following modalities: Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) e Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM), for which it has always considered aspects related to ESG (Environment, Social and Governance).
