Frederico is a partner and coordinator of the Infrastructure team at Azevedo Sette Advogados in Belo Horizonte. He has over 25 years of experience advising clients on complex transactions involving administrative law, infrastructure, PPPs, project finance, banking and capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
He holds a degree in Law from UFMG – Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, having been admitted to the OAB/MG in 1993. He has a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance and a PhD in Administrative Law from the same educational institution (PhD, 2007). Frederico is certified as CP3P-F (2017).
Active in academia, Frederico is a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, in shareholder and entrepreneur development courses focusing on legal issues related to business growth, project financing, concessions and PPPs, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a Consultant for the IDB – Inter-American Development Bank and a Member of the Infra2038 Project.
Before joining Azevedo Sette, Frederico worked in the in-house legal department at Andrade Gutierrez (1993-2001).
