Renata Faria Silva Lima holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (1997) and a Specialist and Master's Degree in Administrative Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2004, 2021). She is Vice-President of the Dispute Board of the Brazilian Business Arbitration Chamber (CAMARB). She is an arbitrator on the list of the Brazilian Business Arbitration Chamber (CAMARB), the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Engineering Institute - SP (CMA-IE) and the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of Minas Gerais - CREA-MG. She is a mediator certified by the Brazilian Institute of Mediation and Arbitration – IMAB (2015), member of the Mediation and Arbitration Commission of the OAB-MG, Coordinator of the Privatization, Concessions and Bidding Center of the Arbitration Commission of the OAB/MG, Coordinator of the Dispute Board and Arbitration Study Group of the CBAr, Coordinator of the Construction and Infrastructure Contracts Study Group of the CESA/MG. She is a member and certified by the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (2017). She has been a partner at GILBERTO JOSÉ VAZ ADVOGADOS since 2000, where she has worked extensively on dispute boards, in judicial and arbitration litigation, as a lawyer and as an arbitrator. She is the author of books and legal articles on topics related to the area in which she works, especially infrastructure and construction.
