The President of CAMARB – Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration – Brazil, in the exercise of his powers provided for in the Bylaws:

CONSIDERING the publication of Administrative Resolutions 08/20, 09/20 and 10/20;

CONSIDERING that the country is still under the COVID-19 pandemic state;

CONSIDERING CAMARB's commitment to the integrity of its employees and users of its services, including arbitrators, mediators, lawyers and service providers;

CONSIDERING the holding of hearings and meetings remotely, using virtual platforms, has been successful and without setbacks.

Resolves that, until further deliberation, CAMARB will not hold in-person hearings and meetings.

The parties, arbitrators and mediators may decide to hold hearings and meetings in person at locations chosen by them, under their organization and responsibility. In such cases, the participation of the CAMARB Secretariat will be remote.

This Administrative Resolution will remain in force until it is expressly revoked.
