WHEREAS the Cooperation Agreement, signed on December 10, 2024 between CAMARB and the LUSO-BRAZILIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (“CCILB”), provides for the issuance of an administrative resolution defining that CAMARB's regulations and tables of costs and expenses will be applicable to all dispute resolution agreements that eventually currently define CCILB as the institution originally responsible for administering the case, which will be administered by CAMARB in accordance with its Rules.

Resolves to issue this Resolution to define that the arbitration, mediation and dispute boards, requested before or after the signing of the Cooperation Agreement, which in their respective dispute resolution conventions mention CCILB, will be administered by CAMARB, in accordance with its Rules and Cost and Expense Tables in force at the time of the procedure request.

[1] Art. 21- Without prejudice to other duties provided for in this Statute, the President shall be responsible for:

g) issuing resolutions, regulations or acts on matters relating to the administration of CAMARB or procedures administered by it.
