Business days will be considered those on which there is business activity at the CAMARB unit corresponding to the location of the arbitration, dispute board, or mediation: Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Goiânia, Itajaí, Lisbon, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, or São Paulo. Deadlines are continuous and are not suspended on days when there is no business activity at the respective CAMARB unit.
The deadline will be extended to the next business day if the due date falls on a day when the CAMARB unit corresponding to the location of the arbitration, dispute board, or mediation is closed: Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Goiânia, Itajaí, Lisbon, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, or São Paulo. Similarly, if the location of the arbitration, dispute board, or mediation is different, or if the due date falls on an official holiday (municipal, state, or federal) in the respective location.
CAMARB will be closed for recess from December 19, 2026 (Saturday) to January 3, 2027 (Sunday). All deadlines will be suspended during the recess period, with their processing times calculated up to the last business day before CAMARB's recess, December 18, 2026 (Friday), and resuming on January 4, 2027 (Monday).
