REF: GUIDANCE ON THE NUMBERING OF THE RECORDS

The President of CAMARB – Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber – Brazil, vested on his duties set forth in the Bylaws, considering that, since the foundation of the Chamber, the physical records of the arbitration and mediation proceedings have their pages numbered and initialed by the person responsible for the respective proceeding;

Resolves:

1. From this date onwards, the newly requested arbitration and mediation proceedings will follow the internal guidance of numbering the pages of the physical records, thus waiving the initials of the person responsible for the proceeding;
2. the Chamber’s Communication department and Secretariat shall arrange for the publication of the guidance on the institution’s website;
