M&A and Corporate Restructuring Committee

With the purpose of developing activities aimed at improving the best arbitration practices in the M&A and Corporate Restructuring sector, on July 12, 2021, CAMARB constituted its M&A and Corporate Restructuring Committee.

CAMARB counts on Dr. Hugo Yamashita, Dra. Fernanda Gomes Barjud Silva, Dr. Luis Fernando Guerrero and Dra. Nathalia Jordão as project coordinators.
