ESG Committee – Environmental, Social and Governance

In line with best practices in environmental sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as corporate governance, CAMARB establishes its ESG Committee (Environmental, Social, and Governance). The ESG Committee aims to broaden and foster the discussion on the best ESG practices in the market to be applied in the extrajudicial resolution of disputes.

The activities of the ESG Committee are carried out through three strategic cores: Environmental Practices, Social Practices, and Governance Practices. Given the specificity and importance of certain topics involving the best ESG actions, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Working Group is formed within the Social Practices core, and the Compliance Working Group is established within the Governance Practices core.
