Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (1988), Master in Economic and Financial Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (1992) and PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000). Post-doctorate from the University of Lisbon (2006); Post-doctorate from the Curitiba University Center (Unicuritiba). She worked at the Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados law firm. She was a member of the Superior Council for Legal and Legislative Affairs - CONJUR, of FIESP/IRS. She is currently a Judicial Conciliator and Mediator. She has experience in the area of ​​Law, with an emphasis on Business Law, working mainly on the following topics: intellectual property, credit instruments, commercial contracts, social responsibility, anti-corruption and compliance.
