Master's degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Lisbon and Bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). He was Vice-President of the Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration – Brazil (CAMARB), in Brasília and Portugal. Member of the Arbitration Committee of the OAB/DF (Brazilian Bar Association). Author of articles published in legal publications.
