Lawyer with 15 years of experience, he was a civil servant lawyer at Caixa Econômica Federal, a position he gave up to practice private law exclusively. He holds an MBA in Business Law from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is currently pursuing an LLM in Corporate Law at the same institution. A pioneer in Judicial Recovery in the State of Pernambuco and with experience in company acquisitions (M&A), he combines the skills of litigation, consultancy and negotiation. He lectures in courses and conferences on Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, president of the Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy Committee, and vice-president of IBAJUD. He practices in business law; distribution and commercial representation contracts; judicial recovery and bankruptcy; corporate law; mergers and acquisitions; and advisory services for asset acquisitions by investment funds.
